Policies

APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT:
We require a $20 deposit for all appointments to hold your reservation. The deposit will go towards your service the day of your reservation. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than a 24-hour notice will lose the deposit.



CANCELLATIONS:
Your appointments are very important to our Victory Salon team professionals. We hold your reservation just for you and ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, that you please give us a 24-hour notice. This way, our team professionals will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. ​

As a courtesy, we send a text and/or email reminder to confirm the date and time, 2 days before your appointment. Please confirm all appointments to avoid any cancellations.

Any missed appointment is subject to a 50% charge of services booked.


REFERRAL PROGRAM:
All of us at Victory Salon understand the importance of word of mouth. We appreciate our guests letting their friends and family know about their great experience with us and as a thank you, we offer our referral program.

Send us a friend or family member to the same stylist you saw and both you and your referral may receive
$20 off any purchase of service or product totaling $50 or more.




REFUNDS:
The employees of Victory Salon pride themselves on providing you with exceptional service and quality customer care. All of our stylists are professional, educated, experienced and will provide you with the best hair care service possible. We do full consultations with signed agreements before any chemical service to ensure we fully understand each other.

We do not issue refunds on salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify a salon coordinator within seven days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we invite you to return to the salon so that we can make every effort to correct any concerns to your satisfaction. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost only with in one week of the initial service.
